Abdominal wall sub-aponeurotic hematoma

 

Patient had hemoglobin drop after gynecologic surgery. Ultrasonography of the abdominal wall identified a large sub-aponeurotic haematoma (between calipers). The blue arrows mark the muscle-aponeurotic beam.
